1. Get enough sleep at night 🛌

Sleep is an essential part of everyone’s routine, especially for children.

Studies have shown that children who regularly get adequate amounts of sleep have improved attention, behavior, learning, memory, and overall mental and physical health. It is important for children to get enough sleep to avoid any health issues especially during this time around.

Here’s some tips for you to help your child getting enough sleep at night:

✔️ By eating the right amount at the right time will help your child in getting enough sleep at night. Make sure that your child has a satisfying evening meal at a reasonable time. Feeling hungry or too full before bed can make your child more alert or uncomfortable. This can cause your child harder to get to sleep.

✔️ You need to encourage your child to avoid taking caffeine such as chocolate, tea or carbonated drinks in the late afternoon and evening which may lead your child harder to get sleep at night.
